Luddy provides a one-year warranty on every ride-on toy, including customized products. In case you find any problems regarding the quality of our products, please contact our support staff and send photos of the faulty products. We will arrange the return of the faulty products and replace them with valid products in the next batch of goods for free.

Technical Support

If you feel the need to evaluate the design of our product, you can contact our technical staff, who can also consider changing the design based on our assessment. We also provide technical training for your staff and consult your brand on our ride-on toy selections.

Yes, we have eight Chinese designers and one European designer.

We launch no fewer than ten new products yearly according to market demand.

We utilize high-quality virgin plastic pellets and even food-grade plastic for our ride-on toys. Our materials are ROHS, FCC, CE, and CCC-certified to enter any material.
